You worked long and hard on a fabulous camp registration form with all the important data points you need to collect. You'll need a similar one next month for a different group of campers? No problem! You can save your fabulous form as a template! Here's how:

1. Go to the form you'd like to reuse.
2. On the bottom right-hand corner, you'll see the Save As New Template button.

Note: The Save As New Template button will not be active until a change has been made to the original form. Once a change has been made, the button will activate and become clickable. 

3. You'll be prompted to Name your new template. 

Moving forward, you'll be able to locate your new templates from the template picker, under Custom Templates.
