Occasionally, any browser-based software solution can encounter display or functionality issues due to a web browser cache. (Web browsers save 'parts' of web pages to increase loading speed).
If you encounter an issue where something is displaying incorrectly or not functioning, try clearing your web browser cache to solve the problem. (Instructions for each browser can be found below).
Note: Typically, browsers default to clearing only the most recent cached (saved) items. If a problem persists, we recommend clearing all cached data.
Another approach is using a different web browser to see if an issue exists in one vs. the other. If the problem is not universal, this often indicates a browser cache.
