Users with permission to view submissions can delete responses. From the Forms screen, click View Responses, then click on the Trash Can icon on the far right.
You can also delete an individual submission while on the Response Detail screen. To do so, click the Trash Can icon in the header.
Note: If a submission has a payment attached, the payment must be refunded before it can be deleted.
FAQ: Can I mass-delete form responses to avoid recreating a form?
There is not currently a way to mass-delete form responses. To save the work of re-creating a form (e.g., an annual event registration), make a copy of the form. Doing so will eliminate all form responses.
To the right of the form name, under the Actions column, click on the Tri-Dot icon. In the menu that appears, click Copy Form. A duplicate form will be created with the words "Copy Of" added to the Form Name.
