Spouse Giving is Missing or Does not Appear

In instances where the box, “Giving Grouped with Family” has been checked, no contributions will be viewable in the spouse’s profile unless you log in as him/her.


Don and Rebecca Anderson have they're giving grouped together.


Don logs in with his credentials and can see their family’s giving by clicking on My Giving in the menu.  


He then clicks on Rebecca's profile, then her Giving tab, and sees no giving history.


However, when Rebecca logs in as herself she sees their Giving History under her name too.



**For families who do not have their giving grouped together, each family member can see his/her personal contributions under the Giving tab in their personal profiles
